Fallen in love with an unique item in our shop? The next steps are quite simple. Place the item(s) of your choice in your shopping cart by clicking "add to cart", and when you're finished shopping, click "checkout". You will be guided through the purchase process, step by step. It is important that you enter the full correct address, because your package will be sent to that address. Therefore, double check the address before you send in your order, otherwise your package will not arrive, and that would be a pity. Do you have a different delivery- or billing address? That's no problem, you can specify during the ordering process.
Each crystal we sell is handpicked and unique and has its own characteristics, so it’s hard to find an exact duplicate of it. But we will restock some of its siblings, which will look and feel just as good. New items may sell out quickly, but we always try to restock everything as soon as possible. We always post updates on our social media when something is available again, so keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook page to stay informed!
We try to process your orders as soon as possible, so if you want to change your order, make sure you contact us within an hour after your purchase via email@example.com. If you want to order an additional item, you will need to place another order in addition to your original order.

For small products that are shipped in envelopes, the costs are €3.50. Larger items that need protection will be shipped in small packages, and cost €4.00 and big packages cost €6.50 to be delivered s within the Netherlands.
Yes we do! Delivery costs per European country vary. Delivery costs to countries outside of Europe may vary too. To see the shipping costs to your country, please check the chart when you check out.
PostNL is responsible for the delivery of our packages. Packages get delivered from Monday to Saturday. If you place your order over the weekend, it may take a day longer before you'll receive your order.
PostNL delivers Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 21:30. On Saturday they deliver between 8:30 and 17:00.
Did you change your mind about a purchased item or was it not a good fit? No problem, you can return it! You will have to send us a message using the contact form on the website, and clearly state your order number.
You can return or exchange items ordered via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after purchase. Once we receive your returned package, we will fully refund the returned items within 30 days, only if the articles are still in the original packaging, bearing the price tag, unworn and undamaged. Swimwear, lingerie and accessories can not be returned or exchanged due hygienic reasons.

Yes. All you have to do is send your content ideas, together with your website or social media in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org If we are interested in a collaboration, you will hear back from us within 3 work days.
We love sharing pictures of you rocking our items, so tag us and get featured. Simply upload your best photo on to your Instagram or other social media and use the hashtag #Moonfeelsonline. We will pick our favorites and post it on our own social media channels.
